Acadia's residences offer a prime location, only minutes from your classrooms, labs, the gym and library. Living on campus offers the ease of an eight-month, all-inclusive lease which includes furniture, heat, power, water, local phone service, phone with call display, high speed internet, in-house laundry facilities and regular cleaning of public areas. Students in residence benefit from a direct, wired and wireless high speed connection to the Acadia network, 24-hour on-call security, coordinated response in an emergency and Resident Assistant programming and support.
For students with special needs, our residences have some accessible bathrooms, strobe lights for fire alarms, ramps, elevators and other accessibility features. We will work closely with you and with campus Accessible Learning Services to ensure a positive residence experience.
Each residence has a remarkable team of student Resident Assistants who build a sense of community. They also work with our Safety and Security staff to provide 24/7 campus safety.
An active and connected community that provides a home-like warmth to all who stay there. Chase Court is one of the larger residences on campus, many of whom are upper year students.
There is a telephone in the room to make free local calls. Living on campus also ensures that you will have access to Acadia’s high-speed internet, in-house coin operated laundry, and have a short commute to your classes, labs, and library.

Our deluxe single rooms offer a double bed and mattress, nightstand, desk (with light), desk chair, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Three people live within our suites, have their own single rooms, and share a common area and washroom. Washrooms in the suite include a toilet, shower, and sink. Single rooms within a suite offer a twin-sized bed and mattress, nightstand, desk (with light), desk chair, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
